Jawaharlal
Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) requires the States/Cities to commit to reforms after effective
consultations held across agencies and institutions involved
in undertaking these reforms. It should be ensured that meaningful
consultations are held at both the State and the City levels
on the Reforms Agenda, prior to the Memorandum of Agreement
being entered into with the Ministry of Urban Development,
Government of India.The
